Ingredients

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

  • 12 oz spaghetti

  • Salt, pepper, oil for cooking


Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.

  • In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  • Form meatballs and brown them in a skillet with a bit of oil.

  • Add marinara sauce, cover, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  • Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water if needed.

  • Serve with extra Parmesan and optional herbs.

Notes
