Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

½ red or yellow onion, thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Pepper or salt-free seasoning, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion; sauté 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add broccoli; cook 3–4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and bell peppers.

Sauté everything 5–6 minutes more until tender-crisp.

Finish with lemon juice and herbs. Season lightly if desired. Serve warm.
