Description

Juicy spiced chicken wrapped in warm flatbread with creamy garlic sauce, crisp veggies, and bold Middle Eastern flavor—perfect for weeknight dinners or fresh, flavorful meal prep.


Ingredients

  • lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cayenne (adjust to taste)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 4 flatbreads or pita wraps

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • Pickles (optional)

Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, grated or minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and all spices. Toss with chicken thighs. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

  • Cook chicken in a hot skillet (or bake at 425°F) until browned and fully cooked. Rest and slice thinly.

  • Mix garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  • Warm flatbreads in a skillet or oven.

  • Assemble wraps: spread garlic sauce, layer chicken, veggies, and pickles. Roll tightly and serve.

Notes

For meal prep, store chicken, sauce, and toppings separately. Customize wraps with hummus or spicy sauces. Serve warm or cold.
