Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette or 2 sandwich rolls

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, torn

  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan (for topping)

  • Optional: bacon, tomato slices, pickled onions


Instructions

  • Pound chicken to even thickness and season.
